connect your agent to WhatsApp

link your liv agent to WhatsApp Business so you can talk to them on both Telegram and WhatsApp.

before you start
// admin setup
1

send us your numbers

message us with your phone number and your agent's phone number (the eSIM). we need both to configure the WhatsApp link on our side.

2

install WhatsApp Business on your agent's number

download WhatsApp Business (it's free) and sign up using your agent's phone number if you haven't already. this is the number tied to your eSIM — not your personal number.

// link WhatsApp
3

ask your agent to link WhatsApp

once steps 1 and 2 are done, open Telegram Web / Desktop and message your agent:

say: "I want to link WhatsApp"
4

scan the QR code

your agent will generate a QR code and show it to you right inside the Telegram chat.

tip: use Telegram Web or the desktop app — it makes scanning the QR code from your phone much easier. the QR code is only valid for 60 seconds, so have WhatsApp Business ready to scan before you request it!
5

link the device in WhatsApp Business

open the WhatsApp Business app (the one signed in with your agent's number) and go to Linked Devices. scan the QR code your agent showed you in Telegram.

// start chatting
6

add your agent on WhatsApp

give it a minute or so for everything to sync. then, open your normal WhatsApp (your personal one), add your agent's number as a contact, and start a conversation.

7

you're connected!

you can now talk to your agent across both Telegram and WhatsApp. if WhatsApp is your preferred channel, use it as your main way to chat — and keep Telegram as a backup.

heads up — this is an alpha feature. since we're still in early stages, the admin setup (step 1) requires us to configure things on our side. once you've sent us your numbers, we'll let you know when you're good to go.
